Facility page and click on the E, P and F on the photo of the everyday phoning facility. After that you need to click on the spy phone.

After you do all of these steps this message will pop up. Of course it will say your penguis name. NOT mine.

I wonder why cp is making the EPF basically OPEN to unskilled agents. It is not like the PSA where you HAD to be skilled to get in. Of course the test is more tricky than the PSA test because you could lie on the PSA test but now EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THE EPF! Have there been any secret messages in the newspaper? Sadly I think CP has givin that up. I like the PSA better than the EPF. What about you?
