Rockhopper is a pirate penguin and is very friendly. If you meet him he will give you his backround and he will tell you a story. Do not be afraid to walk up to him. He will be in rooms with lots of people. He mostly gets on low servers to avoid traffic. His backround you cannot get anywhere else.
